Tax consultants and accountants are, to a increasing degree, the target of investigations by the official authorities, resulting in administrative penalties, criminal cases, and civil and disciplinary proceedings. De Bont Advocaten is actually specialised in countering these cases and terminating the cases at an early stage. However, if so required, proceedings are continued up to the highest instance.
De Bont Advocaten does not compete with regular tax consultancy firms. After all, the attorneys-at-law and employees of our firm do not perform (tax) consultancy activities or tax return activities. Nor do we conduct liability proceedings against (tax) consultants.
